Returns & Exchanges

We hope your purchase is all you had hoped it will be, however if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items you can do so as long as they are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. We cannot issue a refund or exchange if the item is not in a resalable condition.

Sale items

We do not accept returns of sale items.

Full priced items

All full priced items for return or exchange must include your order reference number. For returns of faulty goods please follow the same process subject to the conditions detailed below. Order reference numbers are outlined in your order confirmation email.

Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.

We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of More-Lingerie-Today Ltd

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

More Lingerie Today will not accept returns on sale items or any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. Items should be returned new, unused, with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Postage costs to return items will be incurred by the customer unless the products are deemed faulty in which More-Lingerie-Today will incur the cost.

Any exchanges will incur further postage costs determined by the shipping details specified by the customer.

The reference number should be written on your original email confirmation and on the return-shipping label. We request that returns are shipped using a tracked service. Please note that we may not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via a tracked method.

EXCHANGES

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges.

HOW TO PROCEED IF YOU WISH TO RETURN FAULTY GOODS

In order to facilitate the return of faulty items you must quote your order reference number and follow the standard returns process as detailed above.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit or debit card. The refund will be made for the total purchase price of the item or order excluding shipping costs.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy, notably in line with any revised legislation. Please check back from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes in our privacy policy practices. Your continued use of our site will signify your acceptance of these changes.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

We prefer that items are returned to us via a courier to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on More-Lingerie-Today.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
